Our pet wellness chat today is a short one but offers an effective antidote for pet anxiety. Your pet can suffer from anxiety for many different reasons ranging from vet visits, to toe nail cutting, to grooming visits, to loud noises. Some breeds of dogs and cats are more prone to anxiety with the symptoms being more obvious to their owners and more stressful as well.
For pet anxiety consider Green Tea. Yes, Green Tea!
L-theanine is an amino acid found in green tea. Studies show that this amino acid offers tranquilizing effects in the brain without drowsiness. This amino acid produces a calming effect by assisting the alpha and electrical brain wave activity that is present when in a relaxed state.
You can buy green tea capsules, open one up and pour the powder into your pets food. You can also make a cup of green tea and put it in your pets food.
Help eliminate anxiety in your pet by taking hold of this pet wellness advice and offering green tea as a natural relaxant.
I wish this product had been around when we had our cats. We tried some kind of plug-in thing that was supposed to release the scent of certain hormones into the air but with very little success. Nice to meet you, oh and I have to let you know Lily sent me.

Where would we be if we did not have access to all the many great health and fitness books on the market? We would probably not be in the best of physical shape! This is not an overstatement.
